In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the lodi646g website, mobile-optimized site, and all associated services accessible at lodi646g.club and its subdomains.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the lodi646g Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the lodi646g Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a game, event, or outcome available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account.

References to "including" or "includes" are not limiting. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Where these Terms conflict with specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail for that promotion only.

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to real-money gaming on lodi646g is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. lodi646g reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on lodi646g, you must:

1. Be at least 21 years of age;

3. Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of lodi646g or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person;

5. Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law;
6. Not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

2.3 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. lodi646g reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active Account on lodi646g. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, lodi646g will suspend all associated Accounts, consolidate balances at its discretion, and may permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. lodi646g will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify lodi646g support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.1 Verification Obligation

lodi646g is required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR-aligned compliance standards to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and is a mandatory, non-waivable requirement.

3.2 Required Documents

To complete KYC verification, Players must submit at least one of the following valid Philippine government-issued identification documents:

• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License (LTO)
• SSS (Social Security System) ID
• UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
• PhilHealth ID
• Voter's ID
• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)

In addition to a government-issued ID, lodi646g may request a selfie photograph, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Additional documentation may be requested at lodi646g's discretion.

3.3 Verification Timeline

lodi646g will endeavor to complete KYC verification within 3 business days of receiving all required documents. During the verification period, deposits may be accepted but withdrawals will be held pending successful verification. lodi646g is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.

3.4 Consequences of Failed Verification

If a Player fails to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request, or if submitted documents are found to be fraudulent or inconsistent with Account registration data, lodi646g reserves the right to suspend the Account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

lodi646g accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods for Philippine players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya (Maya)
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Cards: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to approved banks

lodi646g does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards for gambling funding purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to the Player's Account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. lodi646g is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banking systems.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are processed within the following timeframes:

• GCash and Maya: within 5–30 minutes during operating hours
• Bank Transfer: same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time
• Debit Card: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank

lodi646g reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified via email or live chat if additional verification is required.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on lodi646g are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Where a Player's payment account operates in a different currency, the payment provider's prevailing exchange rate will apply. lodi646g is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by third-party payment providers.

4.5 Unclaimed Balances

If a Player's Account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months, lodi646g may classify the Account as dormant. Dormant Account balances may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 or the remaining balance, whichever is lower, after 30 days' written notice to the Player's registered email address. Players may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by contacting lodi646g support.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

lodi646g offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. lodi646g reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other activity that lodi646g determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion. Players who hold multiple Accounts are not eligible for any bonus.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and suspension of the Player's Account:

• Opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once;
• Placing opposing bets (hedging) to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements;
• Using automated software or bots to meet wagering requirements;
• Coordinating with other Players to exploit bonus structures;
• Any other activity that lodi646g determines to be an attempt to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

lodi646g reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account, provided the Player has not yet breached the applicable bonus terms.

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the lodi646g Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and the underlying game software, the software outcome shall prevail, and lodi646g will investigate and resolve the discrepancy as promptly as practicable.

6.2 Random Number Generation and Fairness

All lodi646g games that use Random Number Generators (RNGs) employ certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness and randomness. 6.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lodi646g Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances:

• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;

6.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a wager, lodi646g reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. lodi646g will not be liable for any losses or missed winnings arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

7.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

7.2 Age Restriction

lodi646g strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended, all wagers voided, and all deposits returned. lodi646g will not pay winnings to any Player who was under the legal age at the time of wagering.

7.3 Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods;

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software;
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes without lodi646g's prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of lodi646g's intellectual property may result in Account suspension and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

9.1 Platform Availability

lodi646g does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and circumstances beyond lodi646g's reasonable control (including force majeure events, telecommunications failures, and acts of government) may affect Platform availability. lodi646g will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lodi646g's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. lodi646g shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.3 No Warranty on Winnings

lodi646g makes no representation or warranty that any Player will win any particular amount or achieve any particular outcome from wagering on the Platform. All gaming outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer procedures, and past results are not indicative of future outcomes.

9.4 Third-Party Services

The lodi646g Platform may rely on third-party services including payment processors, game providers, and technology infrastructure providers. lodi646g is not liable for any failure, delay, or error caused by third-party service providers, provided that lodi646g has taken reasonable steps to select reputable providers and to mitigate the impact of any third-party failure on Players.

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request to close their Account at any time by contacting lodi646g support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

10.2 Suspension and Termination by lodi646g

lodi646g reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Conduct that lodi646g reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players;
• Receipt of a regulatory direction or court order requiring Account suspension or closure.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination, lodi646g will conduct a review of the Account balance. Where termination is due to Player breach, lodi646g reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation. Where termination is initiated by lodi646g without cause, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the Player's registered payment method within 10 business days.

lodi646g collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. lodi646g complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

lodi646g reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, lodi646g will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the Player's registered email address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Players who do not agree with any amendment may close their Account before the effective date of the amendment without penalty, subject to the Account closure procedures in Section 10.1. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between a Player and lodi646g, the Player must first contact lodi646g's support team to attempt informal resolution. lodi646g will endeavor to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter through the following process:

1. Written notice of the dispute submitted to lodi646g's compliance team;
2. Internal review by lodi646g's dispute resolution committee within 15 business days;
3. If unresolved, referral to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or arbitration body as applicable.

13.3 Jurisdiction

The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described above.

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and lodi646g with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

14.3 Waiver

lodi646g's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of lodi646g to be effective.

14.4 Assignment

Players may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without lodi646g's prior written consent. lodi646g may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate or successor entity without Player consent, provided that such assignment does not materially diminish the Player's rights under these Terms.
